TropiCraze Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping at TropiCraze. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build and sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at TropiCraze. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at TropiCraze, you agree to the terms set forth below along with TropiCraze’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. What Can Be Returned

Most purchases from TropiCraze are eligible for a return, including:

  • Unopened bottles returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective.
  • Any product discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for return or exchange.


3. Non-returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns of the following items:

4. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip with the returned items. Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
  4. Send the item back to us at the address specified in the instructions.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


6. Exchanges

In the case where you would prefer to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above but indicate that you would like to exchange the product. The replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive the original product and confirm that it meets the return conditions.


7. Shipping Costs
